For orders through our online shop, we ship to all states. We cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or any other U.S. territories and possessions.

We strive to process your order within 1 to 2 business days on Most In-Stock Orders.

All orders ship via UPS and USPS.

Orders of $125+ qualify for free shipping in the continental United States. This MAY change.

When you choose your shipping method during checkout, we'll estimate the delivery date for you. We base the date range we give you on the estimated processing time (we call it the "Availability" time on the product page) and the shipping method you choose.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail that confirms your order, shipping, and delivery estimates. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate e-mail with carrier and tracking information. (Please make sure to check your spam folders as sometimes this email gets sent there.

Please note that delivery time frames are estimates. Delivery estimates do not include processing time. Weather-related shipping delays are not within our control.

  • In-store pick-up:
    • For local orders.
    • When the order is ready, we will send an email to you. (Make sure to check your spam folder
    • If you need something sooner, please call the store. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping costs are dependent on what is being shipped and where it is being shipped. Please note that certain large items may include a 15% surcharge that is not included in the free shipping promotion.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:
To ensure delivery in time for Christmas, orders must be received by the following: Any orders received after these dates, may be subject to delays.

UPS: (UPS only goes out on weekdays)

  • Ground Advantage: orders must be received by December 10th.
  • Ground: orders must be received by December 10th.
  • Next day: orders must be received by December 19th.

USPS:

  • Ground Advantage: orders must be received by December 10th.
  • Priority Mail Express & UPS Next Day Air, orders must be placed December 15thth.

REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt:

  • Item must be in NEW condition including original packaging
  • Books, Candy and/or any Food, and Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Returns are for store exchange or credit unless the item is defective or there was an error with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there is a defect or order error.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
Sorry, we can't cancel or modify your order after you submit it. But it's easy to return or exchange any item. Please save your packing slip. It serves as your receipt if you need to return or exchange an item. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for the return item. We will refund your shipping cost if we find that the item you were sent was defective.

Send Your Return/Exchange to Our Warehouse

  • Wrap the package securely. Use the original packing material, if possible.
  • Mail the package to Toys & Sweets, 4317B Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28209..
  • For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS. We do not recommend using overnight or second-day shipping due to the expense.
  • Once we receive your item, we'll send you confirmation via e-mail.
  • We'll process your return/exchange within 3-5 days after receipt of your package.

If you don't have your packing slip, please write your order number and the reason for your return/exchange on a slip of paper you enclose in your package.

Note: unless the return/exchange is due to an error, we can't refund shipping charges.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to us, and we'll refund your money (including the original shipping charges).

Special Return Instructions for Oversized Items
Some oversized items (such as train tables) may ship directly from the manufacturer. Please save your packing slip. If you need to return or exchange an oversized item, refer to the packing slip for the correct shipping address.
